he decorates

gathering materials to give one of my guest rooms a face lift.


  inspired by primary colors. yellow, red and blue.


and in my usual style of contemporary meets rustic / vintage glamour.


beautiful, colorful artwork. (and nope, i did not paint this.)

and lots and lots of paint. and of course, some chippy in style.

    I just found your blog thru Funky Junk, and I'm surely glad I did!
    Your style is truly unique, and I've enjoyed skipping around in your archives.

    I'm especially in awe of your signs. I've been hanging onto a side rail of an antique rope bed for years with the intention of painting a sign. It has great lines and the original barn red paint. I think I'm inspired now to tackle it.
