One. I whipped up a batch of my favorite fruit dip! I could just eat this out of the bowl, no fruit necessary. It’s super simple to make, just mix a container of marshmallow fluff mixed, one eight ounce cream cheese (softened), and a splash of maraschino cherry juice. That’s it!
Two. I have been on the hunt for a metal bar cart for a couple months now. I slightly freaked out a little when I found this white one at Goodwill for $10!
Three. I was sent an amazing collection of Mod Podge (which, until recently, I always pronounced Modge Podge) to creative something unique. Check back next week to see what my brain came up with!
Four. I spent most of Sunday at my Dad’s house for Father’s Day. He has a Fourth of July party every year and makes lots of delicious Jello shots. For his gift I loaded him up with four bottles of booze and 12 packs of Jello! It’s party time!
Five. Coconut French toast was on the menu this past weekend. It’s fabulous and easy. Just make french toast as you normally would. After dipping the bread into your egg mixture dip it into a plate of shredded coconut, then put it on your griddle. It’s that simple! I also added a drop of coconut extract to my egg mixture to really bring out the flavor.
Six. Another new recipe I tried and achieved this weekend – Hashbrown waffles. I’ll put together a post about these at some point. So yummy!
Seven. Check out this amazing wood wheelbarrow my Dad made for me! Amazing, right? I’m so lucky. It was a pretty complicated piece to put together with weird angle cuts and lots of metal work, so don’t expect any sort of tutorial on this piece.
Eight. And last but not least, I’m loving this new tie from Lands End. I found it via pinterest and bought it immediately as it was on clearance. I repined the image of the tie and within a few hours it was sold out. Crazy!
What new or fun things did you do this weekend?

They should change the name for us, right?
My mind is racing with the possibilities of that coconut French toast. Mmmmm!
Such a sweet succulent holder!! These adorable plants seem to be popping up everywhere this season. Great for the non-garndener who wants to get in the game!
