Simple Sips with Seagram’s Ginger Ale

Yep, I have more cocktail recipes to share with you today! I’m super excited about these two because, as you guessed, they are super simple, much like my Two Ingredient Lemontini. Today, Seagrams is joining the party to help make these drinks extra special!

I’ve actually been on a huge ginger ale kick these days, so this post couldn’t have come at a better time. And, I’m super excited because Seagrams has this fun new Facebook app that ties in with all of this perfectly. But, we’ll talk more about that later.

Their new Facebook App ties into their new campaign, which I just adore! It’s all about celebrating your personal victories and recognizing the accompaniments and milestones of your friends. Seagram’s Ginger Ale is kind of like a drink for people who appreciate where they are in life, who if you told them “It’s Good to Be You”, would raise a glass and replay, “You bet it is.”

Just love that!

So with that in mind it’s time to whip up some cocktails!

I have two fabulous and super simple drinks to share for you. Both of these drinks are created around the delicious and invigorating taste of Seagram’s Ginger Ale. The perfect cure to help you unwind after a long day.

We’ll be making Cream Soda and Coconut Ginger Ale

Here’s all the four ingredients you’ll need to make both of these cocktails. Seagram’s Ginger Ale, Vanilla Vodka, Coconut Rum and fresh limes.

Let’s get started with the Cream Soda.

Fill a glass with ice. Add a shot (1.5 ounces) of vanilla vodka.

And top off with 5 ounces of Seagram’s Ginger Ale. Stir.

Garnish with a wedge of lime and a cute paper straw, and you’re done!

A super simple cocktail perfect for celebrating!

Speaking of celebrating, lets take a break while you enjoy our Cream Soda, and I’ll  tell you about the new Seagram’s Facebook App. As I said above it’s all about celebrating your friends and their achievements. With this new App, you can give one of your friends photos an it’s ‘Good to be You’ stamp on one of their Facebook photos to show how awesome you think they are!

It’s super easy. First, select a friend you want to celebrate. Second, choose an especially ‘Good to be You’-worthy photo. Third, apply the stamp and send for their approval. And finally repeat with another friend to prevent envy.

It’s so fun, and who doesn’t need a little encouragement or a pat on the back. Right?

Alrighty, on to drink number two. Next, we’re making Cocunut Ginger Ale.

Again, begin by filling a glass with ice. Then, add a shot (1.5 ounces) of coconut rum.

Then, top it off with 5 ounces of Seagram’s Ginger Ale. Stir.

Garnish with a lime and another colorful straw and it’s ready for sipping.

Pretty easy, right?

These drinks really are fantastic. Sometimes simple is best and in my book these are winners. While I love them both, I’m a bit partial to the Cream Soda. Fantastic! The great flavor of Seagram’s Ginger Ale is truly enchanted with just a splash of vanilla vodka giving it a totally unique and delicious flavor. It tastes just like cream soda!

Speaking of flavor, I was also super excited to find out that Seagram’s also has a link of Sparkling Seltzer Waters. I can’t wait to give these a try!

I bet the White Peach would make an delicious and sparkly addition to a white sangria! Even the Blackberry Raspberry would an effervescent twist to a red wine sangria. Yum!

Will you be trying one of these Simple Sips? Which looks best to you? What other drink ideas do you have for Seagram’s Ginger Ale?

  1. Oh, man, these would be so awesome with a teensy bit of grenadine or maraschino cherry juice- especially the cream soda. Like cherry vanilla soda! I am going to try the cream soda tonight, but with fluffed marshmallow vodka. Don’t have just vanilla vodka! You are inspiring me to stock my bar. That might be a bad thing ;) .

  2. Lovely. I just came across your blog through pinterest and I love it. THe cream soda is wonderful.

My new favorite cocktail is Tangerine Vodka (skinnygirl) and Diet Seagrams Ginger Ale. Garnish with an orange slice. Yummy.

    Thanks for sharing.
