‘Tis the season for gift wrapping! I know some people out there hate wrapping gifts and others love it. I’m one of the latter. So when the awesome folks at Staples asked if they could send me some of their Martha Stewart Home Office wrapping paper and supplies, I immediately said, “You better believe you can!”

Boy, did they deliver! Wrapping paper, gift bags, and Avery labels were only some of the goodies. They also sent me these amazing Avant Pens, which may be my new favorite, and an Arc Notebook, perfect for making out my Christmas list. – Yes, I’m still not finished with my shopping.

I had so much fun playing with this paper. I had a few gifts that I needed to wrap and put in the mail, so the timing was perfect.

I love a plain, simple kraft paper, because it’s so easy to dress up!

Thanks to washi tape, being able to see the tape on your packages is now trendy! Love that.

Wrap some ribbon around the package, add a label, and you’re ready to go! Simple and beautiful.

Now it’s time to get my hands on that metallic paper.

To dress up this package, I cut a strip from the brown paper.

Wrapped it around the package and sealed it with a label.

Sometimes simple is best. No need for big, fancy, expensive bows that usually end up in the trash.

I even used the tape to seal my envelopes. Love that stuff.

After everything was ready, I used one of those flat rate boxes from the post office, filled it with tissue paper (There’s nothing better then classic red tissue paper.), and packed in my gifts.

I grabbed my candy cane striped tape (which was greatly appreciated by the postal clerk when I mailed my package), sealed everything up, and then added a few more labels.

While I love wrapping gifts, shipping them is usually another story. This time though, I didn’t mind one bit!

Off to do some more shopping, and then some more wrapping!

Martha Stewart Home Office with Avery at Staples was kind enough to supply me with all of these amazing goodies.
They also compensated me for my time. All of the opinions are my own. I sincerely enjoyed working with these products.

I don’t love having to wrap a lot of packages in limited time. If I can take my time and play with the wrapping and ribbons, I can enjoy it. I am going to take my soon-to-expire 50% off Martha coupon to Staples and get some of this fun stuff!

I have to run errands today, and I will have to stop by Staples and pick up some of that fun packing tape! How great!

I love gift wrapping, Michael! I always pick some kind of theme every Christmas. Interestingly, this year, I bought kraft paper at the office supply store to use as gift wrap! And I got a bunch of polka dot ribbon (I like fabric ribbon better than gift wrap ribbon) to finish them off. In retrospect, I should have gotten some of the wide kraft tape used to tape boxes for shipping. Wouldn’t that have looked great? So, under my tree are all these brown paper packages tied up with, well, polka dot ribbon. And I picked up some cute adhesive Martha Stewart labels. It’s kind of retro-y. Cute stuff!
