As you know, I’m working slowly but steadily to finish my gallery wall. A few more pieces of art and it will be complete. In my search for artistic awesomeness, I have come across some of the most talented artists via Etsy. So I thought why keep all of this to myself, when I can share it with you!

Today I want to introduce you to Laura Amiss and her fabulous work and shop. I just adore her gorgeous city inspired art prints, but what I’m really intrigued by is her textile art prints. Not only are they bright, bold, and dreamy, but Laura incorporates fabric, felt, and freehand machine embroidery to make each piece truly unique!  Beautiful! Laura has been kind enough to offer a 5% discount to any IBC reader who purchases one of her medium canvases. How sweet is that? Click this link to place your order.

Have a great weekend! Which Laura Amiss print are you completely obsessed with?

Thanks for sharing, Michael. (I can’t wait to see your finished gallery wall!) I love these and saved her to my favorites on Etsy. I hope I can find a place for one (or two??) in my house!

You bet! – Yes I can’t wait to finish my wall too. I still need a few graphic elements, some matting and glass. Yikes! I better get my butt in gear.

Love your blog Michael – I have never commented before but I wanted to add that I own the first picture you have posted – the San Francisco houses – it is even more gorgeous in person. I have been eyeing up one she has of London so I think it is time to buy now with the 5% discount!

    Thanks

I am obsessed now, too. I think any of them would look really sweet in a nursery.

Oh I could never pick just one as a favorite! I like the San Francisco houses, the teapots and teacups, Scattered Showers, and Happy Tears. The tears look like raindrops to me and I live in Oregon, so it just seems very appropriate that I love them. :)

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year

old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the
    shell to her ear and

screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is

totally off topic but I had to tell someone!

I was very happy this week to get my painting from nickytorkzadehworks on Etsy- vivid beautiful colors . I hung it in my front hall and smile as I walk past it all day long.

These prints from Laura are great too!
